Documents for creditors
In order to reduce costs associated with insolvency procedures, Cullen & Co of Epsom provides a list of documents that are issued to creditors. These documents are available for viewing and downloading. Following an appointment, we are not required to provide further notice to creditors and are not be obliged to deliver any documentation via post, unless it relates to:
- A notice of intention to declare a dividend
- A document which is not delivered generally to all, or specific creditors or members
- A document which the office holder considers should be brought to the attention of creditors in the insolvency
- A document for which personal delivery is required
